Note: As part of our commitment to preserving our beautiful island ecosystem, our deep soaking tub is currently offline for water conservation. However, our high-pressure shower and private outdoor hot tub are fully prepared for your rejuvenation.

The suite has a private kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, mini fridge, and basic dishes. However, cooking (stovetop, hotplate, air fryer) is not permitted..

Note: Use of the bathtub is restricted for well water conservation and tannins in water. You can enjoy the Hot tub.

Please note -
No Smoking on Oak Bluffs Road, including SOTB property (1KM Radius) till Pirates Road.
Strictly Prohibited: Cooking, use of hot plate/airfryer or similar, including burning candles etc.
No campfires
We are on well water, so please conserve water. Use of the bathtub is restricted.
No loud music which could discomfort other guests and patrons on the property or neighbours.
The owner's home and manager's suite is restricted past the steps and garage.

Cancellations: 97 % refund will be issued. All charges are in CAD.
There is no garbage service on the island. Please take your garbage on your return. Alternatively, drop your garbage at Truss Farms for $9 per bag.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
